Technical writing - Craneware Limited Craneware specializes in providing software solutions for the US healthcare billing and auditing market. They needed a major overhaul of their technical documentation and online help, which was out of date and extremely difficult to work with. I created new manuals in Adobe FrameMaker, making them much easier to maintain, trained a member of staff in how to use FrameMaker and Adobe Acrobat to produce PDF versions of the manuals, and completely updated the documentation and online help to reflect the latest version of the software. |
